Your data
Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website or contact us.
1. Who is responsible and how to contact us
Simplysana Consulting GmbH, Blegistrasse 11A, 6340 Baar ZG , Switzerland. For questions about how your data is processed, contact us at info@simplysc.ch or +41 76 502 02 03.
2. Visiting the website
When you visit, the server infrastructure processes technical connection data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the requested address and browser information. This data is needed to provide, troubleshoot and secure the website. The website itself does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Images, fonts and icons are loaded from our own web server.
If you select German or English in the language menu, a cookie remembers your choice for 180 days. This lets us show your preferred language when you return to the homepage. You can change the language in the menu at any time or delete the cookie in your browser. German is the default when no preference has been saved.
3. Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process your first and last name, email address, message and, where applicable, the linked starting point on the website to respond to your enquiry. The contact page uses an essential session cookie to protect the form. To limit abusive requests, a value derived from your IP address and request timestamps are stored temporarily. Files more than 24 hours old are deleted the next time a form submission is processed.
Enquiries are transmitted through the email infrastructure. Please provide only the information needed for an initial conversation. Sensitive health information and confidential documents should only be sent through a suitable channel agreed with us in advance.
To avoid losing enquiries during connection problems, we save them in private web-server storage before sending. Once the mail server confirms acceptance, the message content is removed from that storage. Unconfirmed or failed enquiries are retained for up to seven days until the next cleanup run. Technical references, delivery status and sanitized error categories remain for 30 days until the next cleanup run. Cleanup runs as a scheduled task and during form processing. These periods apply to the technical delivery copy; section 5 covers subsequent correspondence.
4. WhatsApp, phone and email
WhatsApp opens only when you select a WhatsApp link. The link includes a draft message and, where relevant, the starting point on our website. Opening the link does not send the message. Further use is subject to WhatsApp’s terms and privacy information. The provider may process data outside Switzerland. You can also contact us by phone, email or the contact form.
5. Recipients and retention
Technical providers for hosting and email may process data as needed to operate the website and handle your enquiry. Any sharing with insurers or other parties will be discussed in connection with your specific instruction. We retain correspondence for as long as needed for your enquiry, the agreed service or applicable legal retention requirements.
6. Your privacy enquiries
You can request information about the processing of your personal data and contact us about correcting or deleting it. Applicable legal conditions and retention requirements apply. You can also raise data protection concerns with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
